Notice is hereby given that the 15th Annual General Meeting of 
St. Mark’s School Alumni Association Limited will be held  at 
Room G01, St. Mark’s School, 18 Oi Yin Street,  Aldrich  Bay, 
Shaukeiwan, Hong Kong on Friday, 13th December 2019. Reception 
will start at 6:00pm, AGM will start from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. 


The Annual General Meeting is to transact the following agenda items:

1.To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 7th 
  December 2018.
2.To consider and, if approved, accept the Treasurer’s Report.
3.To consider and, if approved, accept the Chairman’s Report on the 
  activities of theAssociation in 2019.
4.To elect the members of the Executive Committee for the year 2020.
5.Any Other Business.
