Notice is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of St. Mark’s School 
Alumni Association Limited will be held at Craigengower Cricket Club, 188 Wong 
Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong on Friday, 7th December 2018 at 7:00pm 
to transact the following agenda items:

1. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 8th December 2017.

2. To consider and, if approved, accept the Treasurer’s report.

3. To consider and, if approved, accept the Chairman’s report on the activities of 
   the Association in 2018.

4. To elect the members of the Executive Committee for the year 2019.
