Notice is hereby given that the 18th Annual General Meeting of St. Mark’s School
Alumni Association Limited will be held at Craigengower Cricket Club, 188 Wong
Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong on Friday, 9th December 2022 at 7:00pm
to transact the following agenda items:

1. To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 10th December 2021.
2. To consider and, if approved, accept the Chairman’s Report.
3. To consider and, if approved, accept the Treasurer’s Report.
4. To elect the members of the Executive Committee for the year 2023.
5. To appoint the Honorary Auditor for the year 2023.
6. Any Other Business.
